1. Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Made-to-order or custom pieces may require additional time. The estimated dispatch date will be mentioned on the product page wherever applicable.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Domestic (within India): 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days (based on destination and customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or customs processing.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the order.

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Packaging

All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely.
Paintings and delicate crafts are shipped in protective packaging, with extra cushioning and waterproof wrapping wherever needed.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

6. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged During Transit

We take utmost care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at universe.ruchi@gmail.com with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
  • We will assess and guide you through the return, replacement, or refund process (as applicable).
