Refund & Cancellation

1. Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The product is received in a damaged condition.
• You have received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by photos of the damage or incorrect item.

Please email us at universe.ruchi@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear images of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a return pickup or guide you through the return process.

2. Cancellation Policy

Since many items are made-to-order or customized, we can only accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.

To cancel, please email us at universe.ruchi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed:

• For damaged or incorrect products upon return approval.
• For cancelled orders (only if cancelled within 12 hours of purchase).

If eligible, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original method of payment.

Please note:

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect addresses, or delays caused by courier partners.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Original paintings and artwork
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Digital downloads (if applicable)
• Gift cards
